Proceedings
The proceedings of the Symposium will be published in Journal of Chromatography
A (Elsevier). Authors should preferably submit
their paper from the conference on-line via the journal’s web-site.
Elsevier will send a special invitation to all corresponding authors of accepted
abstracts with detailed instructions on the preparation of manuscripts.
There will be an editorial representative present at the conference to answer
any questions by the authors and provide further information on the journal.
All papers, to be written in the English language, will be subject to the standard,
stringent, refereeing procedure of the journal. Corrected proofs of the articles
will appear in the ”articles-in-press” section of the on-line edition
of the journal well before the publication of the final issue. The corresponding
author of each accepted manuscript will receive 25 reprints of the article free
of charge. All Symposium delegates will be granted free on-line access to the
on-line version of the symposium volume for a six months period.
Publication of abstracts
Accepted abstracts will be published in an abstract book. (Please note that the very last minute poster will not be published in the abstract book nor in the final programme.)
Processing and
publication of personal data
The personal information we receive from participants
will also be required after the Symposium. This is in order to render an
account of the conclusions arrived at during the Symposium, for statistical
purposes, and for the dispatch of information on relevant Symposia in the
future. Personal data will also, in certain cases, be released to other
companies participating in the conference for the distribution of information
and offers directly from them.
