HPLC 2005 Symposium will take place from June 26 to June 30, at Stockholm International Fairs (Stockholmsmässan), located south of Stockholm
and easily accessible by a 10 minute commuter train ride from the Central Station located in the city centre. The address of Stockholm International Fairs is:

Credit Cards
Commonly accepted credit cards in hotels, restaurants and shops and on Symposium registration are American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Master Card and Eurocard. Restaurants and shops generally display signs indicating what cards they accept.

Visa
Delegates requiring a visa for entry to Sweden are strongly advised to make their application in their home country at least three months before the intended date of travel. In case of doubt, please contact your nearest Swedish Embassy, Consulate or travel agency for more information. Those who do not fly directly to Sweden, please, note that you may need a transit visa for some countries in order to continue your travel.

Currency
The monetary unit in Sweden is one krona (plural “kronor”, symbol “SEK”) and equals 100 öre.

Languages
The official language of HPLC 2005 is English. No simultaneous interpretation will be available.

Meals
Lunch, morning and afternoon coffee is included in the registration fee.

Insurance
Neither the Symposium’ Organising Committee or the Stockholm Convention Bureau (StoCon) accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to Symposium participants, either during or as a result of the Symposium. Registration fees do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that you take an insurance policy of your choice as you register for the Symposium and book your travel. The insurance should be purchased in your country of origin.
