Accommodation
As a service for our delegates, the Stockholm Convention Bureau (StoCon), will arrange your hotel accommodation at no extra charge. StoCon has pre-booked a number of hotels in the centre of Stockholm as well as in surrounding areas for the period June 26-30, 2005. Rooms are held especially for HPLC 2005 delegates. It is therefore necessary for you to register for the symposium in order to make your hotel reservation. Rooms are booked in various price categories, all with private bath/shower, TV and radio. The symposium venue, Stockholm International Fairs, is easily reached from all hotels by public transportation. Since only a certain number of hotel rooms have been reserved, StoCon will operate on a ”first comefirst served” basis with incoming requests. You are therefore advised to register at your earliest convenience. In the event of the preferred hotel being fully subscribed, StoCon reserves the right to book another alternative. The absolute deadline for hotel reservation is May 25, 2005 after this date StoCon cannot guarantee the room or the preferential rate. Your reservation will be confirmed when StoCon has received your registration form together with your hotel deposit. This pre-payment will be deducted from your hotel bill when checking out, on presentation of the voucher you will receive at the registration desk. The remaining amount is to be settled by you directly with the hotel. All rates, in SEK, include breakfast buffet, service and a VAT at a rate of 12%. Taxes or official charges are subject to change without notice. Weekend rates (lower rate) are available in some hotels. Please contact StoCon for further information.

Cancellation
Hotel deposits will be refunded - except for the administration fee of SEK 300 - provided a written confirmation of cancellation is received by StoCon before May 25, 2005. After this date, deposits will not be refunded. For block bookings (more than 10 rooms) special rules will apply. Please contact StoCon directly for special conditions.
